Photography is my passion and language of choice. It allows me to communicate a personal perspective of my life experiences. I have tried to capture the common denominators of humanity and the similarities in the lives of ordinary people in those rare moments when light, form, geometry and emotions come together in a "SPACE OF TIME". It seems that photography has always been a part of my life. According to my mother, when I was about 4 years old I used to cut pictures out of "Life Magazine" and paste them to the wall. When I was 12, a cousin borrowed his brother's contact printer and we set up in the laundry room and printed till the wee hours of the morning. At 18, I purchased my first 35mm. camera and a subscription to "Popular Photography Magazine" and I was hooked for life. Now that I am retired, I am able to realize my life dream of travelling and photographing the world around me. "My Galleries" are a reflection of what I have seen and experienced.
